Lightning-fast whole plasmid sequencing.

I can get whole plasmids sequenced overnight by Plasmidsaurus for $15, and I don't have to faf around with primers. Considering what even one error in plasmid construction tends to cost in terms of time and resources, it's hard to think of an excuse not to fully sequence every plasmid you're using. This is not an ad; I was just gobsmacked.
